Owner of the Arbour Florists.

After a unique turn of events I took over the beautiful family run business back in 2012, along with my daughter Elizabeth. Though floristry was not originally in my background {I am a Mother to 8}owning the flower shop has let my creative side truly come alive. Taking lessons from Elizabeth and increasing my own knowledge through a number of different floristry schools, I have embraced my growing passion for flowers. I love to create flowers for weddings but am also especially touched when we are asked to do farewell flowers for people. When I am not in the shop or delivering your flowers I can be found trying to coax our cutting garden to flourish so that we can supply our lovely customers with our own locally grown flowers. I am married to Alan who helps us out especially in the very busy times by becoming one of our delivery guys.

I first started trained in floristry when I was 16. Now nearly 20 years, and four children later, my passion for floristry and attention to detail hasn’t changed. For me The Arbour has always been synominous with high quality flowers and good customer service. And through the years that we have owned the shop we have continued to keep this at the forefront of everything we do. From our beautiful signature bouquets to extravagant wedding arrangements, I oversee the day to day running of the shop, I’m married to Anthony, and like my father he too helps out with deliveries and creating some of our lovely wooden obelisks.
